Storm Water Permits
In an effort to regulate stormwater runoff from industrial sites, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems permit was created. This general permit set certain requirements to different industries when dealing with stormwater runoff. Furthermore, the best way to deal with pollutants is by preventing them from leaving the industrial site. This way you will spend a lot less money and it is the most effective way to protect water quality.
Bowen Environmental provides a variety of services in this area. We will help you file the correct permits for your industry, monitor and sample stormwater, conduct inspection and provide reports in compliance with state legislation, assist you when submitting the annual report to the state, and even provide enforcement support. BES’s team of experts first determines where the facilities discharges are located. If the facility requires a permit, our team will help you obtain it and stay in compliance with it.
