Storm Water Permits
There are also stormwater permits for construction sites. The NPDES requires a permit if the construction site disturbs one or more acres of land. Furthermore, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division issued general stormwater permits for stand-alone sites, infrastructure sites, and common developments. BES provides project consultation, preparation of erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control plan, and preparation of notice of intent and notice of termination. We can also inspect the site to make sure it is in compliance with state legislation.
