Air Quality

The Clean Air Act (CAA) creates a number of permitting programs intended to carry out the goals for solving various air pollution problems. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sets the limit of air pollution emission and implemented these programs through state and local agency. Whether you are constructing a new facility, modifying a process that can emit air pollutants, you will need an Air Permit. We can help you with a wide variety of air quality services, including State Implementation Permit (SIP) and Title V Permit.

Water Quality

The Clean Water Act require discharge permits and other associating requirements such as water sampling, inspection, or developing a stormwater pollution prevention plan. Luckily, the Bowen Environmental Services Team (BEST) offers solutions to all your water quality issues and legislation. The BEST can help you with Construction and Industrial Stormwater Permits, Wastewater Permits, monitoring and sampling, and stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP).

Chemical Compliance

The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) requires facilities to submit annual Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports and Chemical Inventory Reports, also known as Tier II. The TRI report requires certain facilities to report chemicals they release and what they are doing to prevent or reduce the pollution. The Tier II reports requires facilities to report their chemical inventory to the State Emergency Response Commission, Local Emergency Planning Committee, and local fire department. BES can assist you with both reports and preparing for them.

Environmental Site Assessment

Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) are required when selling property. This is because the buyer needs to be informed whether buying that piece of land is a good choice for him or her. The Phase I ESA assesses the hazardous substance or petroleum products in the piece of land. The Phase II ESA goes more in-depth. BES can help you to prepare your land for ESAs with experts in the field and much more.
